Installation Instructions:
This ceramic hob requires a cable with a Live, Neutral and Earth wire. It needs to be connected to a 6mm cooker cable by an electrician
You cannot fit it to a plug as it is 6kW and too powerful for a plug socket.
Oven:
- Max Temperature: 250°C
- Energy source: Electric Oven – Connection: 13AMP (this means you can attach a standard UK plug)
- Installation: Built-in or Built-under
- Energy rating: A and CE Certified
Cleaning and Maintenance:
For the sake of good appearance and reliability, keep the unit clean. The modern design of the unit facilitates maintenance to a minimum. The parts of the unit which come into contact with food have to be cleaned regularly.
Before any maintenance and cleaning, disconnect the power.
Set all controls in the OFF position.
Wait until the inside of the unit is not hot but only slightly warm- cleaning is easier than when warm.
Clean the surface of the unit with a damp cloth, soft brush or fine sponge and then wipe dry.
In case of heavy soiling, use hot water with non- abrasive cleaning product.
For cleaning the glass of the oven door, do not use abrasive cleaners or sharp metal scrapers, these can scratch the surface or lead to the glass being damaged.
Never leave acidic substances (lemon juice, vinegar) on stainless steel parts.
Do not use a high pressure cleaner for cleaning the unit. The baking pans may be washed in mild detergent.

30 Day Returns Policy
We offer a simple, no fuss returns policy:
STEP 1 – Do not install and or use the item. Please keep all the packaging – this is required to process your return.
STEP 2 – Simply let us know via Email within 30 days of receipt/delivery that you wish to return the item by Emailing: help@cookology.com
STEP 3 – We’ll give you instructions and a Returns number that you need to write on a piece of paper and stick to the outside of the box (DO NOT WRITE ON THE BOX PLEASE)
STEP 4 – Track the item and when you can see it has arrived get in touch. Once we have checked it to make sure it is still brand new and can be sold as brand new we will refund you in full….That’s it!
Damaged Items Policy
Our appliances are carefully & professionally picked and packed and the couriers we use take great care to make sure items arrive in pristine condition. However, on occasion damages will happen. To help us get any issues resolved as quickly as possible, please make sure you follow the following instructions:
STEP 1 – Report damage and send photos to help@cookology.com within 48 hours of delivery.
STEP 2 – Do not install and or use the item. Please keep all the packaging – this is required should you wish to return your item.
