Explore our range of freezers

No two kitchens are exactly alike, and no two households have quite the same needs. That’s why our freezer range is one of the most varied around – so whatever your space, storage requirements or budget, there’s something here for you.

Freestanding freezers are one of the most popular options, offering a neat, freestanding design with easy-to-access drawers to keep everything organised. Our tall upright freezers offer over 270 litres of capacity, giving plenty of room for a well-stocked household. If you’re working with less space, our under-counter freezers are a great fit for compact kitchens, fitting neatly beneath your worktop without taking over the room.

Chest freezers – sometimes called deep freezers – are ideal if you need serious storage capacity at excellent value. Our chest freezers offer up to 420 litres of space, they’re surprisingly energy-efficient, and they’re outbuilding safe too, making them a great choice for garages, utility rooms, and anyone who likes to batch cook or bulk buy. Many of our chest freezers also feature a handy chill function, which allows them to be used as a fridge when you need the extra refrigeration space, ideal for parties, gatherings, or any time the main fridge just isn’t quite big enough.

Need something smaller? Our small freezers and tabletop freezer models are compact, cost-effective, and perfect for tight spaces. And if you’d rather keep your freezer out of sight entirely, our integrated freezers slot neatly into your kitchen cabinetry for a clean, streamlined finish. Looking for a frost-free freezer? We have those too. No manual defrosting required, just consistent temperatures and hassle-free storage. With our freezers offering a 4-star freezer rating, they can keep frozen goods at a temperature of -18 degrees Celsius, which is ideal for long-term deep freeze storage.

Freezers FAQs

  • How many years does a freezer last?

Most freezers have a lifespan of around 8 to 10 years, though many quality models last well over a decade. Chest freezers in particular are known for their longevity, with some running reliably for closer to 20 years with proper care. Freezers generally outlast fridges, largely because they’re opened less frequently and run at a more consistent temperature. Regular maintenance, including keeping the seals clean, defrosting when needed, and ensuring adequate ventilation, can go a long way towards extending the life of your appliance. For more information on this, take a look at our guide to the lifespan of a fridge freezer.

  • What heights do freezers come in?

It depends on the type of freezer you’re looking at. Under-counter freezers are designed to fit into a standard under-counter space, typically around 85cm tall. Tall upright freezers are considerably larger, often coming in at 150cm or more, and are the best option if you need maximum storage capacity. Chest freezers sit lower to the ground but vary more in terms of width and depth, rather than height. Tabletop freezers are the most compact of all, designed to sit on a worktop or shelf. So whatever your space, you’re sure to find a freezer size to suit you.

  • Is it worth getting a frost-free freezer?

For most people, yes – the convenience alone makes it worth it. A frost-free freezer automatically prevents ice build-up, which means you never have to set aside an afternoon to manually defrost it. They also maintain a more consistent temperature throughout, which can help prevent freezer burn and keep your food in better condition for longer. The trade-off is a slightly higher upfront cost and marginally higher energy use compared to a manual-defrost model.
