Cookology 30cm Built-in Domino Gas Hob in Stainless Steel with Cast-Iron Stands. With its Chunky Controls at the Front, Thick Cast-Iron Pan Supports and Quality Stainless Steel Finish, the GH309SS is a winner that will instantly being a level of Quality to your Kitchen – great if your looking for an inexpensive way to add value and impress potential tenants and buyers. Gas Hobs are preferred by Professional Chefs because they give you crucial responsiveness when cooking, for instance when a Pot starts to over boil or when you want to get a Pan searing hot in a flash. They also allow you to toss around ingredients by lifting the pan off the Hob without losing heat which is not possible with Electric Hobs. Naturally you don’t want to be using matches and burning your fingers when cooking on your new hob which is why you get Auto-Ignition with the GH309SS so all you have to do is twist the Rotary Controls and the Burners will Ignite. Each of the 2 burners comes fitted with an FFD / FSD (flame failure device / flame supervision device) – this ensures that if an over boiling pan or a sudden gust of wind were to extinguish a flame, the gas would shut off automatically. Not only is this a legal requirement in certain buildings, its genuinely a life saver.

Cleaning
– Cleaning of the hob should be carried out on a regular basis.
– IMPORTANT: Before attempting to clean the appliance, it should be disconnected from the mains and cool.
– Great care should be taken whilst using this appliance and when following the cleaning procedure.
– You should not use a steam jet or any other high pressure cleaning equipment to clean the appliance.

Cleaning the hob top
Any residues that are left on the hob top surface from cleaning agents will damage it. You should remove any residues with warm soapy water. Abrasive cleaners or sharp objects will damage the hob surface; you should clean it using warm soapy water. Although it is easier to clean some deposits whilst the hob surface is still warm. Make sure that the hob surface, pan supports and hob burners have all cooled sufficiently before you attempt to touch them.

STEP 1 – Make sure you do not install and or use the item and keep all the packaging

STEP 2 – Simply let us know via Email within 30 days of receipt/delivery that you wish to return the item by Emailing: help@cookology.com

STEP 3 – We’ll give you instructions and a Returns number that you need to write on a piece of paper and stick to the outside of the box (DO NOT WRITE ON THE BOX PLEASE)

STEP 4 – Track the item and when you can see it has arrived get in touch. Once we have checked it to make sure it is still brand new and can be sold as brand new we will refund you in full….That’s it!

Damaged Items Policy

Our appliances are carefully & professionally picked and packed and the couriers we use take great care to make sure items arrive in pristine condition. However, on occasion damages will happen. To help us get any issues resolved as quickly as possible, please make sure you follow the following instructions:

STEP 1 – Report damage and send photos to help@cookology.com within 48 hours of delivery

STEP 2 – Do not install the items, this will invalidate a claim and could be dangerous
