Cookology breathes new life into Iceking with brand acquisition

    Cookology has officially acquired the Iceking brand, securing the future of one of the UK’s most established and trusted names in home refrigeration.

    This exciting milestone brings together two complementary brands, combining Iceking’s 30-year heritage and trade relationships with Cookology’s innovation, investment, and operational strength.

     

    A smooth transition and continued commitment to independents

    The acquisition includes all Iceking stock currently held in the UK, as well as additional products ready to ship from the factory. We’re working closely with the same manufacturing partners who produce Cookology appliances to ensure a seamless transition, with full integration expected to complete in November.

    Importantly, Iceking will continue to operate under its existing name, maintaining its independent trade identity while benefiting from the strength and support of the Cookology team.

    We know how much Iceking means to its loyal trade partners, including buying groups such as Euronics and Sirius, and we want to reassure our customers that it’s business as usual, with plans already in place to expand the brand’s reach and product offering.

     

    Welcoming Duncan Williams to lead the trade channel

    We’re also delighted to welcome Duncan Williams to the Cookology team as our new head of trade sales. Having worked with Iceking for over 13 years, Duncan brings unparalleled experience and strong relationships across the trade channel.
